Engineering 01

Backend Engineer

◍ Full-time · On-site · Pune, India

Work on the backend infrastructure behind NLO's live product and upcoming expansion: lending and borrowing integrations, SDK white-labeling, strategy services, and operational tooling.

  • Build Python/Flask services, internal APIs, and operational tooling.
  • Help extend NLO into new DeFi venues, vaults, and SDK partner flows.
  • Understand wallet, chain, and transaction flows enough to debug production issues carefully.
  • Bonus: hands-on DeFi, smart-contract integration, or web3 infra experience.
Strategy 02

Financial Analyst

◍ Full-time · On-site · Pune, India

Help turn market, fee, performance, and macro data into clear strategy decisions across liquidity pools, vaults, and future yield markets.

  • Model fee structures, revenue scenarios, and partner economics.
  • Review AI performance, strategy outcomes, and portfolio risk signals.
  • Research macro, DeFi, vault, lending, and tokenized-asset trends.
  • CFA progress is valuable; real DeFi experience is a major bonus.
